This guide is for people who are looking to put on lean muscle. Included in the plan are workouts and ways to eat. For this plan you will need acces to some but not all of the following: dumbbels, barbells, kettlebells, treadmill, stairmaster or box jump. There's always an alterntaive if you dont have these.
