This plan not only helps build strength but it gets you to in tip top condition. I highly recommend this for athletes and those who would like to train like athletes. For this plan you need access to some but not all of the following: dumbbells. barbells, kettlebells, medicine ball, agility ladder, box jump, resistance band, stationary bike, treadmill.
